24-hour remote monitoring and emergency service

MMC also offers 24-hour remote monitoring of control systems. When a problem occurs, the system can report directly to our central monitoring system which in turn notifies a service technician. Our technicians are equipped with wireless internet laptops allowing them to access your system to determine if either a service visit is required or if the problem can be resolved quickly over the phone or internet.
