The results in the report indicate that companies that are successful in retaining their employees, place an emphasis on the below\u00a0<u>three<\/u>\u00a0talent practices:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>FREQUENT INFORMAL FEEDBACK.<\/strong> Employees want to know how they\u2019re doing and they don\u2019t want to wait for an annual performance review to find out. Let your employees know how they\u2019re performing on a regular basis; try providing feedback on every project they complete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FORMAL IN-HOUSE CLASSROOM TRAINING. <\/strong>Your employees want to be successful. Take the time to train them so they feel equipped to do their job.<\/li>\n<li><strong>COACHING.<\/strong> Mentor and guide your employees to help them learn the soft skills they need to excel in their role. Give them ongoing suggestions, encouragement and instruction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>RECOGNIZING<\/b><strong>\u00a0&amp; RETAINING TOP TALENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important for companies to retain their top talent. It is these employees who have the potential to impact and lead the future of the company. The first step is to identify your \u201chigh-potential\u201d employees.
